This is how I will go about doing each comp:
3A
Listen to song and work out chords
Create a basic structure with underlying bass line
Find sounds that are correct
Insert main sounds / instruments
Start to insert little bits of the song like sounds that only appear once
Mix song completely
3B
Find the correct chords and BPM
Create guide track on the computer with a software instrument
Record Drums
Record Bass
Record Piano
Insert other main instruments
Insert little percussion instruments
Mix track / effects
3C
Look at examples of phone adverts and when phones are turned on
Create basic idea for each advert / sound
Create structure for the song
Play in basic underlying chord sequence
Add in the other instruments
Add in the extra layers of the song
